The Detroit Metropolitan Apartment Association offers three types of membership:
Management Company:
(joining all apartment communities in our region)

Property management companies which rent housing in Southeastern Michigan are eligible
for membership. To join as a Management company, you must register all properties
that you rent in our region.

| Individual Apartment Communities: |
Individual apartment communities in our region are also eligble to join separate
from a management company.
|
| Business Partner: |
Suppliers or vendors that service the multi-family housing community in our region are
eligible to join.
|

Once your membership is approved you can begin reaping the benefits of membership.

Steps for applying for membership in the Detroit Metropolitan Apartment Association

Fill out and submit our online membership application.

| Step 2: |
Calculate and send payment for your first year's membership fees.
You can submit your payment online by clicking the PayPal button below, or send a check to us at the address below. Please make checks payable to DMAA
|
Attention: A convenience fee of 4% will
be added to all Pay-Pal transactions.
