The Certified Apartment Supplier (CAS) course was developed by the National Apartment Association (NAA) and designed to provide product and service Members with basic training in the property management industry. Completely revised in 2006, these programs clearly define the role of the property manager for Vendor Members thereby building a better understanding and a better partnership. The CAS couse is four programs - three required courses and one elective:
Required: Risk Management, Financial Management, and Management of Residential Issues
