Learn how to successfully submit special claims on unpaid rent and damages as well as vacancies after an apartment has been rented. This training is designed for community managers, managing agents, owners and Section 8 contract administrators of Project Based Section 8 properties. Attendees will be provided the training materials and tools to immediately put plan in place to collect Special Claims income for you community.
