Once upon a time there was a landlord who though of himself as the king of his community. "I can do what I want" he proclaimed, and bade all of his servants to follow his bad directions. One day a frog appeared, looking for an apartment, and the landlord said the magic words "I don't rent to you!". Poof, the frog turned into a fair housing tester who filed charges and the landlord did not live happily ever after. While maybe frogs do not have fair housing rights and protections, people do!
