Come hear about all legislative initiatives that, our lobbyist, Kelley Cawthorne is working on to help the Apartment Industry. Topics include: deceased tenant bill, residents who threaten to injure other residents or employees, controlled substance offenders, and much more! In addition, the National Apartment Association will discuss national multi-family housing initiatives, such as: card check, carried interest, energy efficient green buildings, balanced housing and capital markets.
