Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician 1 (CAMT1) designation
classes begin on Friday, October 7th and continue for four consecutive Fridays
through November 4th. The classes are presented by Chris Peraino and held
at the Home Depot Training Center in Redford. Classes focus on three key
areas of the maintenance skill set; Overview of Apartment Maintenance and
Fair Housing, Personal and Property Safety and Customer Service and Satisfaction.
This designation is designed for all maintenance technicians wanting to
further their career.
