The DMAA presents the first installment of our 11 month Maintenance “How to” Series. This course is designed to provide maintenance staff with the essential basic skills necessary to provide full service to apartment communities. Ensure that your properties have to outsource basic maintenance problems less frequently, and that each job is done more effectively, as well as timely. Each course will provide hands on training in common issues that are frequently encountered on a community. Sign up your maintenance staff for one or two classes in which they need further development, or sign them up for the entire 11 session course.
