CAM Requirements:
- Worked in the apartment industry for at least 12 months (to be obtained
during the candidacy period for CAM);
- Successfully complete the nine courses listed above (which total 55 ½
hours) as well as a Community Analysis project; and
- Meet all examination requirements within 24 months of completing the CAM course.
