Event  Management Occupancy Review

Since the inception of the PBCA initiative, Management and Occupancy Reviews have undergone important changes. The training sessions provides Owners, Agents and stakeholders in low-income housing with the most up-to-date regulations, responsibilities and practice governing the process. Included in this presentation are changes to HUD Handbook 4350.1, REV1, CHG 3 and how they affect both the PBCA and Owners and Agents; the latest updates to EIV; and changes implemented by HUD Handbook 4350.1, Chapter 6 updates. The training also focuses on how b est to implement these changes in police and procedures at the site. Key to the delivery of this training are case studies illustrating application at the site.
