CAMT- Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician
Maintenance expenses are the single largest controllable element in any community operating budget. This course is designed as an introduction for new maintenance professionals, or as a refresher for the veteran employee. It gives these professionals the knowledge and tools for the veteran employee. It gives these professionals the knoledge and tools necessary to run an effective maintenance program.
Dates: Spetember 11, 18, 25 and October 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30, 2008

Couses include: Overview of Apartment Community Maintenance; Customer Service/Creating a Lasting Impression; Personal and Property Safety; Putting the Fair in Fair Housing; Basic Electrical Repairs & Replacements; Applian Introduction & Preventative Maintenance; HVAC Introduction & Preventative Maintenace
